Around a quarter of young people in Britain are so dependent on their smartphone that it has become addictive, a study by psychiatrists has shown.
A King's College London study said that addictive behavior meant that they would be "shocked" or "upset" if they did not hold their cell phone forever.

These youth have no control over the time spent on cell phones.The investigation warned that such addiction could lead to serious mental health problems.The study was published in BMC Psychiatry. There were 5 surveys about   uncontrolled use of smartphones' and a total of 12.3 youth participated.

Studies show that up to 20 percent of participants relate to some form of behavior - such as not using a phone, not being able to control the time spent on a cell phone, and using a cell phone To worry about So much so that it damages other activities.

Such addictive behavior may be related to other physical and psychological problems, such as stress or physical and emotional stress, depression, irritable mood, lack of sleep and negative effects on school outcomes.
